10 Makeup Products I Love for $10 or Less

Buying makeup can become more expensive than you would think. I’m definitely not an expert on makeup, but it’s also something I like to wear almost every day. If you’re like me and don’t like spending a ton of money to cake your face every day, you’re in luck. These are my top 10 favorite products I use that won’t break the bank.

1. Maybelline FaceStudio® Master Prime® Primer Makeup Hydrate + Smooth – $9.99

This foundation primer is great if you have dry skin, especially in the winter. It’s moisturizing for your skin and helps to keep your makeup on throughout the day.

2. Wet n Wild Photo Focus Foundation – $6.49

Of all of the drugstore foundations that I have tried, this is definitely my favorite. It stays on all day and it is medium coverage. Full coverage foundations feel too heavy on my skin, so this one allows me to cover the unevenness and redness in my skin, but still allows my skin to breathe.

3. Maybelline Dream Lumi® Touch Highlighting Concealer – $7.99

I don’t usually have under eye circles or darkness, but I love this concealer just for brightening my under eyes and even just minor acne that I have. I have heard that this concealer is great for covered dark under eye circles though if you do have them!

4. Milani Prep + Set + Glow Illuminating Transparent Face Powder – $9.99

My mom actually gave me this transparent powder after she was gifted a different one, but I love it! It sets your makeup and gives a glowy finish without feeling like you’ve caked on a ton of makeup.

5. NYX Born to Glow Liquid Illuminator Sunbeam – $7.50

Highlighting is a major trend right now and I love to use liquid highlighters! I find this highlighter to be very comparable to the Benefit Cosmetics® High Beam Liquid Highlighter!

6. NYX Proof It! Waterproof Eyeshadow Primer – $7

Eyeshadow primer is an absolute must-have in your makeup collection. This one keeps your eyeshadow on without creasing all-day, rain or shine.

7. BH Cosmetics Modern Mattes Eyeshadow Palette – $9 (Normally $16)

If you don’t like having a ton of different eyeshadows laying around, this palette is perfect! It is full of vibrant colors as well as matte neutrals.

9. Loreal Voluminous Butterfly Mascara – $8.99

Drugstore mascaras tend to be so underrated- I find that many drugstore mascaras prove to be much better than expensive high-end mascaras! This mascara is sure to make your lashes long and voluminous, and who doesn’t want that?!

8. NYX Epic Ink Liner – $9

I am nowhere near perfect at a winged eyeliner look, but this eyeliner makes it significantly easier. It is a very dark black and is super easy to apply!

10. Wet n Wild Megalast Liquid Catsuit Matte Lipstick – $4.99

I have found that liquid lipsticks last SO much longer than traditional lipstick and despite the price, this one lasts for hours without smudging. You may have to touch up every once in a while, especially if you’re wearing a darker color, but you can’t go wrong for $5.

What are your favorite drugstore makeup products? I would love to try out some of your recommendations, so let me know in the comments!

  1. You really make it seem really easy with your presentation but I to find this topic to be actually one thing which I think I might by no means understand. It seems too complicated and extremely wide for me. I’m looking ahead for your next put up, I will try to get the hang of it!
